Well organised tour with a great guide

Great tour and Jack was a very organised and well thought out guide. His communication was very clear and his double act with Mat was fairly entertaining. A bit of hit and miss with spotting koalas, but then they live in their natural habitat. Would love more time at Lord ard gorge especially if the weather is good to allow swim. Recommended!
Fantastic day!

I had an amazing day with Matt as our tourguide. The combination of activities/ stops during the day was very good. We had plenty of time at all the stops so I never felt rushed. Matt clearly loves what he is doing which makes it even more fun. He offered us a good combination of history and funfacts, and it all comes with a lot of humor which was awesome. His driving was very comfortable and safe. Translations of the commentary is available in 14 different languages. Definitely recommend this tour :)
Don’t miss this tour - excellent

The rain forest walk was fabulous and our guide Jack was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, energetic and professional. He and Matt worked hard to give our group the best experience, spotting sleeping koalas etc
My experience
tina_h, 11-01-2023
This tour was great! I have learnt many new things such as the history of all the areas. The tour guide was very engaging and enthusiastic, giving information about every detail of a thing or the place. The tour guide has extensive knowledge of every area and will answer any of your questions such as giving directions and questions about the landmark. The time allowed for exploring the land mark is enough to be able to explore every angle and place of the world heritage! I recommend this experience to everyone!
ps. Just be aware that the meeting point of this tour is The Great Southern Hotel not the hotel you have picked.
Great day out!

This has been on our bucket list & did not disappoint!
Jack was our guide & he was very informative, entertaining & always happy to answer any questions.
We had a fabulous day seeing iconic landscapes & learnt so much.
Would highly recommend doing this tour
Great day out - worth doing!

Our tour host, Clemency, was really friendly and informative. We particularly enjoyed her description of Tom and Eva's story around the Loch Ard Gorge. The Great Ocean Road was beautiful to see and most of the stops were worth it. Would have been nice to have had longer at Apollo Bay and the actual Gorge, and less / no time at Kennet River.
Not much information re places visit

The drive was very pretty and seeing the apostles and the ocean road was good. The beach we visited was nice. The van broke down which lengthened the beach time, which wasn’t an issue and nobody’s fault. However although the guide seemed to be a nice man, we were not given much information at all re the history of the place, the apostles, or much else, so maybe we could have just driven there ourselves. The ‘koala walk’ had one koala which is ok, but we were not accompanied, so if there were snakes or an emergency we would have had nobody, The toilet stops were horrendous, extremely dirty and could not be used, apart from lunch, when we used the cafe where we ate, Not worth spending so much
